30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Zover items, simply send it back to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items(shipping damage excluded) within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect, in like-new and sellable condition, like the original package. "Sale" items are not returnable. Otherwise there will be restocking fee of 30 % deducted. Coupons are not valid if include any sales product!

What items are returnable?

  1. The products you are not satisfied. If the product does not have quality issues, please ship it back within 30 days for exchange or refund since the day you place an order, but please make sure that the item must be in sellable situation as the original one. In addition, customers pay the shipping back cost.
  2. DOA (Dead on Arrival) item. If the products are dead on arrival (shipping damage included), please contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery (counting from the delivery date)
  3. Defective item. We try our best to make sure the products shipped to customers are in the best condition. If any product has quality issues, please contact our customer service before returning any item(s). Zover will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
  4. Incorrect product received.If the item you received is not the one you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery (counting from the delivery date) to show us the mistake.

What information you need provide when we want to return a item?

Please contact our customer service firstly by emails. When contacting us, please include the following information:

1) Photos of the front and back of the packing envelope or box

2) Photo or video of the defective item, including description of the defect or defective area. (If you receive an item with quality issues, please provide us with this information.)

3)Photo or video of the received incorrect item.(If you receive an incorrect item, please provide us with this information.)

 

Exchange Policy

Can an item be exchanged?

Purchase can be exchange within 30 days from the delivered date. Items must be unused. undamaged and in sellable condition and in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for shipping back cost. Please contact us to get the return address, before return the product(s).

  1. Do please contact our customer service first if you need to return items. Zover will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
  2. Please write the order number on the parcel. After returning the products, please provide us with the tracking number of the returned package, if there is no tracking number available, a picture of shipping receipt is necessary.
  3. Item(s) will not be under warranty if the defect is confirmed to be caused by artificial damage or incorrect use.
  4. Zover reserves the right to make changes and improvements to this policy. Any changes will be updated on the Return Policy Page to keep the customers informed.
