Shipping Orders

Once your order amount is over $29 dollars, we provide you free shipping. Your shipment will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of when the completed order is received and payment is processed. Should there be a need for a refund(non-quality related issues) when the item is delivered, the shipping and handling fees will be deducted even you choose free shipping. As the pre-sale products, the products will be shipped at the estimated date showed on our website.

 

Shipping Options

We now support delivery by post. It usually take 20 days around. If you are in urgent, please kindly leave a note when you place an order. We will then use Amazon multiple logistics delivery as the shipping way if we have amazon stores in your country. Sometimes, you will be charged by extra shipping fees if you need an urgent delivery. Any updates of our rules in the future will keep customers informed.

 

Estimated Delivery Dates

If a product is labeled as a “Pre-sale” item, and if an estimated date is available, we will indicate the shipping/back-in-stock date on our website. But please have more patience to wait it.

 

Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You need to provide us with a correct address and phone number. If you want a refund, we may need to deduct the shipping cost even the product is a free shipping product. Please make sure that you can receive the item when the item is delivering. If the item is returned back to us due to some personal reasons, such as not at home, please contact the courier first to take parcel first. Change Delivery Address

If the item has not be shipped, please contact us as soon as possible through email or Facebook in order to change into a correct address. If the item has been shipped out, we cannot change the address. Please contact the courier firstly. If it is returned back to us, there may have additional fees to resend the item. If you want a refund, we may need to deduct some handling and shipping fees even it is a free shipping products. Please pay more attention to your address when you place an order. Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by our customer service department. Please contact us for the later step, and we will give the advice for you. Whether the order is shipped out or not, please contact us through email or Facebook to ask for a cancellation.
